    • The Nexxa Insulating and Acoustic System features both thermal and acoustic properties, making it the perfect all-in-one water underfloor heating solution for use in multi-residential buildings. With a build height of 51mm, the Nexxa Insulating and Acoustic System’s castellated panels securely hold the heating pipe in place and require less screeding than other wet floor heating systems. Its thermal insulation performance meets the requirements of separating floors defined within EN 1264 and ISO 11855 and it will provide 28dB (ΔL W,R) reduction to impact sound. It can be used with almost all floor finishes and is compatible with heat pumps and traditional heat sources.

      We will deliver goods as soon as we can. An estimated delivery date will be provided on the checkout pages. For stock items, this may be as soon as the next day, for out-of-stock items, it may take a few days longer.

      Local deliveries apply to postcode areas of St Albans, Chelmsford, Enfield, Luton, North London, Milton Keynes, Romford, Stevenage, Watford, Southend, and some areas of East London. Free delivery is available for qualifying customers on orders over £100.

      Courier deliveries are available on select products to the rest of the UK, excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands. Our standard courier delivery rate is £6, with free delivery for orders over £250. Please note that an additional delivery surcharge may apply to specific products on our site to help cover our delivery costs.
