From searching best web prices I found Laza Plumbing & Heating Merchants. They had the best prices I could find on the market, even better than other places promising trade prices. I received plenty of help and correspondence from Lee via email who kindly ensured we had all we needed and informed on how soon we would receive the items, which is a fantastic next day delivery if ordered before 15:00 previous day, depending on stock of course. Lee even went as far as to give me a courtesy call from to inform of available dates due to us not living in the local area was just a one day difference but nothing major. Items arrived this morning (01/05/2026) delivered courtesy of Kartell themselves which was a suprise and a very nice touch as we opted for K-VIT Kartell range.

If ever needing anything else I will always be double checking prices in comparison with Lazanas just may be able to save even more.

Laza will always be at the top of my recommendation.

We haven't opened the boxes yet but when we do quality check we will let Lee know as he already stressed his pride in his work and customer relations and will help with any found issues.

As a plumbing and heating engineer i use Laza multiple times a week for my plumbing materials. They have loads in stock and if it isn't they can get it usually next day.

Known Lee (The owner) for years, he's always been so helpful, and always had the bits in stock that I needed. If I had to order something, Lee would make sure it comes in ASAP... usually the next day. Great Plumbing shop, great prices, and would recommend to everyone.

Laza Plumbing and Heating is an awesome place if you want anything and I mean anything to do with plumbing, also include in that bathroom stuff such as showers units , baths, sinks, drains , etc and etc and etc.
There is a well fitted out bathroom showroom adjoining the spares / supplies shop, it is so welcoming, the staff are so so helpful and knowledgeable, so you have been told, plumbing supplies etc you now know where to go

Working in Oxford last week and on a tight deadline, discovered a faulty shower connection in the main bathroom, contacted Laza who had just what I was looking for to resolve the problem . Sent by Royal Mail and arrived in oxford by noon the following day, my customer was delighted and I was happy as the job finished on time.
No one can match the quality service you get from Laza, "try them for yourself and see"
