OPTI-MIX MORTAR PLASTICISER is a highly concentrated air entraining liquid plasticising admixture which is 25 times the strength of conventional products. OPTI-MIX forms extremely stable air bubbles in mortar mixes. This improves the workability of mortar, giving it a “buttery” consistency and helps prevent shrinkage, cracking, crazing and mild frost damage during the curing process, as well as providing long term resistance to freeze/thaw cycles. OPTI-MIX replaces lime in the mix and hence reduces the chance of efflorescence (salt formation) and smoothes out variations between separate batches of sand and cement. Conforms to BSEN 934-3 (2009).

Our delivery policy
We will deliver goods as soon as we can. An estimated delivery date will be provided on the checkout pages. For stock items, this may be as soon as the next day, for out-of-stock items, it may take a few days longer.
Local deliveries apply to postcode areas of St Albans, Chelmsford, Enfield, Luton, North London, Milton Keynes, Romford, Stevenage, Watford, Southend, and some areas of East London. Free delivery is available for qualifying customers on orders over £100.
Courier deliveries are available on select products to the rest of the UK, excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands. Our standard courier delivery rate is £6, with free delivery for orders over £250. Please note that an additional delivery surcharge may apply to specific products on our site to help cover our delivery costs.
